Outcome: Perform complete anomaly scan with structured checklist

- Umbilical artery → placental resistance

- MCA Doppler → fetal anemia / brain-sparing

- Ductus venosus → cardiac compromise

- Uterine artery → preeclampsia screening

Outcome: Interpret Doppler for clinical decision making

- IUGR protocols

- Preeclampsia Doppler changes

- Oligohydramnios / Polyhydramnios

- Fetal distress assessment

Outcome: Manage and triage high-risk pregnancies

- Follicular monitoring
